APRIL 17, 1969 C.W.L. ANNUAL MEETING St. Martin's Parish Coun- cil of the Catholic Women's League held their annual meeting on Sunday evening in the Church Hall preceded by Recitation of the Rosary. Mrs. W. Corrigan opened the meeting with the League Prayer. Mrs. W. Pytyck Secretary read the minutes of the pre- vious meeting and executive meeting. Correspondence in- cluded thank you notes and a letter of acknowledgement from the Sacred Heart Program | Treasurer Mrs. D. Kenney gave her report, followed by reports from standing commit- fees. Spiritual Convenor Mrs. G. Ramsay gave a Message en- titled the Three Gates. { There will be a Mass for Our Lady of Good Council on Saturday April 26th. Mrs. L. McBride, Social Convenor reported on giving out medals on behalf of the C.W.L. to First Communicants this last Sunday. There will be a Membership Tea, taking the form of a Pot Luck Luncheon, on May 11, convened by Mrs. B. Walsh. Mrs. R. Moher will convene a used clothing drive, on the weekend of May 9th. Anyone having used clothing will please leave it in the Church Basement on Friday after 4 p.m. orall day Saturday. Mrs. Corrigan thanked the ladies who helped during the month at coffee hours held during the Mission, for the Communicants lunch, and to Mrs. D.
