Knights of Columbus and their ladies gathered in the Masonic Hall on Saturday evening to honor | Albert Cadieux, who has served faithfully and well for the past eight years, as District Deputy, District 29. This district includes Nipigon, Red Rock, Long Lac, Geraldton, Marathon, White River, Schreiber, Manitouwadge and Terrace Bay. A Plaque, suitably inscribed, was presented to Albert Cadieux, by the newly appointed District Deputy for District 29, Mac Kelly of Marathon. A beautiful writing desk was also presented to Mr. Cadieux, by Grand Knight, Rolly Sinotte, of the Schreiber-Terrace Bay Council 3554 of the Knights of Columbus, District 29. Joining the Knights and their ladies from Schreibe and Terrace Bay, were out of town guests, Grand Knights from Marathon, Mr. Levigne and Mrs. Lev- igne; Grand Knight Stan Cano and Mrs. Cano of Red Rock; and D'Arcy McGuire acted as Master of Ceremonies for the evening.
