The meeting opened with a hymn with Ellen Hodgkiss at the piano. Mrs. Coe read a poem entitled The Key to Living is Giving. Minutes were read and adopt ed. A donation of $500.00 was made to the Manse Fund. The Manse Fund is a separate account, set aside for fur nishing the Manse. The account is being built up, possibly for furnishing a new manse, should the Church acquir its own manse, at some time in the future. A donation of $25.00 was made to thé Boy Scouts, to assist in their project of tiling the floor in the Scout House. The nominating committee will bring in a slate of officers.for the February meeting , and an animated discussion took place as to why the membership of the auxiliary seems to be at a low ebb.
