OCTOBER 19 GOLF NEWS Peggy Wellings, Club President vial Eom a good . turnout of golfers to a General Meeting of the Lad ies Section of the Aquasabon Golf Club, held in the Curling Club Lounge, Tuesday, October 10th. Commettee Chairmen gave their reports, indicat ing a most successful season. It was decided that the Ladies Section join the Canadian Ladies Golf Association of Canada for the coming year. Ladies Day will be changed to a Ladies Twilight, Tuesday Evening, on a trial basis for one month. Elected to the Board of Directors for a one year term were Aina Adamo, Ellen Campbell, Marie Edmunds, Jan Hall and Jackie Turner. Prizes were presented to Marg Phillips, Consola- tion Winner in Match Play, and to Marie Edmunds who was runner up for the Club Championship, and the Ringer Board. At the close of the business meeting, coffee and do-nuts were served. 1967 TERRACE BAY HIGH SCHOOL EXPANSION NEW Within the next two or three weeks important de tailed information is expected on the High School expansion.
