So--let's always rememb er this week's safety slogan: "HANDS ARE 'WAGE EARNERS' - PROTECT THEM" TERRACE BAY NEW Serving The District August 17, 1967 PLAYGROUND FINALE HELD IN HIGH SCHOOL The 1967 Terrace Bay Recreation Association Playground Program came to an end with its presen- tation "Playground Mood '67" performed by about thirty youngsters between four and fourteen years of age, in the High School Auditorium last Friday eve- ning. The performance was combined with the presenta- tion of Swimming Awards and there was quite a good turnout of children, parents and friends. Recreation Director David Courtemance introduced the dedicated group who, for the past six weeks have entertained, encouraged, educated and enjoyed the large number of children who have taken part in Playground activities this summer.
