Al's effort was indeed outstanding but not a quite enough to cope with Dan's superb finish. In the Senior Tournament, held the following day, ten participants from ages 50 to 59, took to the fairways to compete for a trophy (as yet unseen but expected to be a very fine one indeed), representa- tive of the senior championship. This event was won by Joe Adamo. Runner-up Election of a new executive was held and results was Jack Phillips. The past president, Diane Campbell, welcomed both the new girls and past members to the club. There was a brief business meeting and the meeting was adjourned by the new president. CATHOLIC GIRLS HOLD ANNUAL MEETING The Catholic Girls' Club held their first annual meeting on Sunday, September 25th in the church hall .
