Serving the District To focus attention on the increasing problem of litter on our roads, Kimberly-Clark of Canada Ltd., the Department of Highways of Ontario and the On- tario Motor League are attempting to publicize the problem. Although the roads in Ontario are cleaner than most other places it still costs the taxpayers over $1,000,000 each year to clean them up.
