This was a ten day training course for coaches across the Dominion. Total number of coaches attending was eighty-six. next column... Some of the better known instructors included Howie Meeker, Jacques Plante, Jackie MacLeod, Harry Sinden, plus many other panel instructors. Fifty- six junior age players had opening tryouts with Canada's national team. Some of the more prominent juniors were Fran Huck, Roger Bourbanois, George Faulkner. There were many more junior prospects. SCHOOL TIME CHANGES Beginning September 6th, after- noon classes at Terrace Bay Public School will commence at 1:15.
