Many project ideas were reviewed and the Project Committee recommended that a park, monument, fountain complex be built. The election of officers was held with W. E. Cavanaugh, as Chairman, Mrs. J. Marcella, Vice- Chairman, Secretary-Treasurer, W. Hanley, Kim- berly-Clark representative, H. P. Ratchford, Ladies' co-chairman, Mrs. D. Evans-Smith and men's co- chairman, B. Matiowsky . Plans were suggested by Mr. Cavanaugh for different activities which may be held during | Centennial Year such as Inter-Faith meetings for Thanksgiving and New Years. A Winter Car- nival will be held with many outdoor activities and sports competition, eighteenth century dress for many different events. Mr. Matiowsky sug- gested that an Ethnic Group Folks Art Caravan be invited to Terrace Bay and that the different groups of people in town take an active part.
