ALICE SIMMONS BURIED MONDAY Alice Louise Simmons, nee Ford, who passed away quietly Saturday morning, August 8th, in the Terrace Bay Private Hospital, was buried Monday at 9:30 A.M., from St.Martin's Roman Catholic Church High Mass was sung by Very .Rev. Dean E.A. Gallagher with interment in the Terrace Bay Ceme- tery. Pallbearers were Dr. D.J.M. McCausland, Mr. St an Hodgkiss, Mr. Ed. Cavanaugh and Mr. Paul Boudreau . Born 1882 in New Haven, Connecticut and for- merly of Toronto, Mrs. Simmons made her home in Terrace Bay for the past six years. Predeceased by her husband Louis A., she is survived by her daugh- ter Elecia, Mrs. Evans-Smith of Terrace Bay, four grandchildren, Michael, Paul, Wendy and Jimmy, a nephew Rev. Father J.Sullivan and two sisters, Gertrude Faulkner, New Haven, Connecticut and Florence Sullivan, Providence, Rhode Island. Mrs. Simmons was a member of St. Martin's Parish.
