Page 4 THE NEWS July 23, 1964 Investigation on July 8th into an accident at the Mill road and Highway 17 revealed th at Daniel Hanlon of 59 Minot Street, Port Arthur, driver of a 1959 Ford Dump Truck had made an im- proper left turn, causing a vehicle owned and operated by Harry Stuck of Wisconsin, U.S.A., to collide with the rear end of the truck. Mr. Stuck was treated at the Hospital for head injuries and released. Hanlon forfeited bail of $12.50 on the improper turn charge. Dennis Bouchie of 3 Pine Crescent forfeited bail of $72.50 on a careless driving charge and $18.50 for opera- ting a vehicle without a license on July 9th. MANY ATTEND SHOWING OF CANCER FILM Miss Smith from Toronto, working for the Mobile Cancer Unit, spoke about the many types of cancer to a large gathering of women on July [5th in the basement of the Community Church. A film "The Million Years" depicted the story of seven people with seven different types of cancer and how they were treated. After the film there was a question and answer period.
