CANADA SAVINGS BONDS MILL CAMPAIGN The payroll deductions for 1962 Bonds will be com- pleted October 31st and Bonds will be delivered early in November. 1963 Bonds will be on sale at the mill beginning October 16th. Employees who have purchased Bonds in the past do not have to be sold on the value of this convenient method of saving. Most will already have decided how many of the 1963 series they will purchase. Those who have not developed the 'Bond=Habit' should consider the advantages of doing so. It is a relatively, painless way to save; paid up bonds can be cashed at any time at full face value plus interest, or if you must cash them in before they are paid for you get all of your money back = you can't lose; Bonds pay good interest - average of 5.03% on the 1963 series. Everyone has something to save for - a house, taxes, a car, furniture, education, retirement vacations, etc...Why not start now! Next week's News will carry a list of the can- vassers. Contact the canvasser in your department for full details. HUNTERS TAKE NOTE Hunters are well advised to take note of the fol- lowing change in the Game and Fish Act as it ap-- plies to the possession of air-guns or firearms at night:- Section 22 of the Act now reads as follows:- "In a locality that game usually inhabits or in which game is usually found, no person shall have an air- gun or firearm in his possession for the purpose of hunting unless it is unloaded and encased between one half hour after sunset and one half hour before sunrise of any day." The dismantled portion has been left out, in other words the firearms must be unloaded and encased. BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET BEFORE YOU POINT THAT WEAPON.
