The May meeting will begin with a Pot Luck Supper and the C.G.1.T. will be guests. Mrs. J.Ferrier will conduct a discussion on Parent Responps~ ! bility at the June meeting. MrsyLundberg: thanked Mrs.Haughn and MrssCoe' for making the doughnuts and Mrs.Chisholm for | her baby sitting service at the World Day of Prayer. Mrs,.Brooks thanked the Auxiliary on | behalf of the 0.G.I.T./ for the refreshments | provided before the service. Mrs.¥erricr suggested a note be written to the C.G.2eT, thanking them for inviting the Auxiliary-to join them for the World Day of Prayer and alse! for conducting the service so beautifully. Mrs.Harris advised that the Afternoon Group' will meet on March 18 to pack clothing etc, for the Crippled Civilians and also mentioned that orders for maple syrup may be placed . with Mrs.Haughn or herself. Mrs,Lundberg reminded everyone of the Rum mage Sale scheduled in May, to be convened by Mrs,Chisholm. Convenors are required for the Mother's Day Sale, Fall Supper and Christmas Bazaar. Mrs.A.Farrow and Mrs.T.Young are new mem bers on the Manse Committee and it was suggest; ed that a man also be appointed to advise on matters connected with house repairs. Conclu-: ding the business the meeting closed with the i Benediction. Mr.C.Tao was then introduced by Mrs.R. | Downey and spoke on Family Life and Customs in, Chinas Mrs.Ferrier thanked him for his most : interesting and entertaining talk.
