BANANA QUICK BREAD 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour 2 t hcah tly. beaten eggs 2/3 cup: sugar 4 teasp. double action baking powder 3 teasp. salt = cup chopped nuts 1/3 cup shortening 1 cup mashed bananas-- (3-4) * 1 cup mixed candied fruits and peels MayCup FALSi ns. *Use fully ripe bananas.
