Superiors in two fast,-close checking games over the weekend remained undisputed leaders of the North Shore Hockey League by trouncing the Nipigon Flyers 11-7 and 9-5. ' Saturday night Superiors journeyed to Nipigon to meet the Flyers on their own ice and despite being a little penalty prone were able to come back in the second and third periods to wrap up a decisive victory. Flyers racked up two goals Wainikka at 2.66 and Dupuis at 8.29 before Whalen at 11.25 put the Superiors on the board. H, Manilla retaliated for the Flyers at 16.26 to end the period with Superiors as the underdog. Hérman Manilla increased Nipigon's lead at°0.27 of the second period. Superiors came back with Blom at 2.42 and Marvin Osmar at 4.16, making the score a little less lopsided.
