They wore small crownless picture hats of shirred nylon and mittens of net, the maid of honour repeating the light blue, and the bridesmaids in pale green, They carried colonial bouquets of white and yellow baby mums. The wee flower girl wore a white nylon tiered frock over green taffeta slip, white shoes and gloves and a green and white bandeau. She carried a basket of yellow baby mums, Ernie St. Louis was groomsman for his brother and ushers were James Moro and Chuck Bougie, A reception was held during the after- noon in the Terrace Bay Curling Lounge with Mrs, Milks receiving in a navy taffeta dress with large white dots, white accessories and a corsage of red roses. Mrs, Mary Pernted., Aunt of the groom, received with Mrs. Milks and chose also a navy dress with white accessories and wore a corsage of pink roses, A toast to the bride was proposed by Mr. Don Brearley, and the wedding cake was cut by Miss Susan Lankey. Miss Freda Heinrich circulated the guest book and servitors were Miss Myrtle Banks and Miss Julie Stachiw, A white cloth enhanced the bride's table and held the three tier pillared wedding cake. C. Wig, Mill Manager that Mr. H. C. Laundy would assume the position of Personnel Superintendent of Kimberly-Clark Products at Niagara Falls, Ontario about October 7th, 1957, It was alsc announced that to succeed Mr, Laundy, Mr. E. J. Brady would assume the responsibilities of Personnel Superintendent of tle Terrace Bay mill, Best wishes are extended to Bert and Ed in their new assignments. "Bert" Laundy is one of the first to have joined the former Longlac Pulp and Paper Company. He joined the organization on January 28th, 1946 in Toronto, and was directly responsible for setting up and recruiting the necessary staff fed ate of the Company. Bert Laundy and his family have continued to reside in Terrace Bay since 1946, At present Bert and his wife Estelle reside at 83 Hudson Drive, Their three children, Ken, Margaret and Helen Elizabeth live in Torontg Prior to coming to Terrace Bay Bert was with the Spruce Falls Power and Paper Company at Kapuskasing for 19 years as Personnel Manager, (cont'd page 6)
