To date we can account for about ninety pérsonnel who have pur- chased tickets or expressed their in- tention to do so, Even though this represents a fair portion of those eligible, the committee does feel that there are enough ex- servicemen in Terrace Bay to warrant a full house, As you all know 'nie dinner is con- tinued from year to year to provide the ex-servicemen of Terrace Bay an opportunity to commemorate the fallen. It is our means of saying that we do not forget and ex- pressing our honour for those who did not return. Time dims memories - but let us _ consider for a moment that your attendance really does mean something - that each and every one of us who has the opportunity to attend this function should do so not for yourself but in remembrance of those less fortunate who cannot attend. In a lighter vein refreshments will be available in quantity - quality being immaterial, All former allied army, navy and air force personnel are © welcome to attend, How about you fellows who are still in doubt giving the matter your immediate attention. To those who have already said no how about reconsidering, We would like to have the names of all those attending listed on the programme under their branch of service. In order to do this we need the names in as soon as possible. 0-0-0 LADIES CURLING CLUB NEWS As soon as the Mixed Bonspiel is completed the Ladies!
