ATIKOKAN REPRESENTATIVES ARRIVE FOR ART AND CRAFT EXHIBIT | yworr r quuoga | Last Thursday; April zeéth, three very enthusiastic people arrived from Atikokan . to aid Terrace. Bay-Schreiber Art Club in their first art and craft exhibit held on April 27th and 28th. Mrs, Mary Hegler, vivacious art instructor, Mrs, A. Staeffler, one of her pupils, and Mr, Cliff McIntosh, Director of Recreation accompanied a display of 80 oil paintings and a colleqtion of handicrafts, They erranged and hung their own display for the exhibit, attended the exhibit on Friday and Saturday, introducing their town, paintings and crafts to the public. It was a pleasure meeting this Atikokan delegation, exchanging ideas and discvssing mutual interests in art and recreation. Dejonghe, Elizabeth Ave, The Terrace Bay-Schreiber Art Glub hope to have Mrs. MacLennan back here for a basic art instruction course in the near future.
