KIWANIS CLUB ENTERTAINS NEW CANADIANS . Six new Canadians were honored at the regular Kiwanis Club meeting on Tuesday night when they were presented with certificates in Basic English and Citizenship. In discussing the requiveients for these certificates two of the teachers stated that the questions on the final exam would fail many native Canadians, Cuestions pertain to method of government at all levels plus many other items such as history and geography. Those presented with certificates were: kr, and Mrs, Rudy Walter, Geo, Rouhianen, Joe Spzak, Geo. Burhmann, and Jim Pappas. Gwen's marriage to Herb Crisson will be an event in Mount Forest on May 28th. Mrs. George Spiess of Fort William spent a few days last week visiting with her daughter and son-in-law, Doreen and William Kurylo. Miss Margeurite Houle of Nipigon spent a weekend recently with her sister, Mrs, Joe Mousseau. Mrs. A. G.
