AND INTER- NATIONAL BROTHSRHOOD OF PULP SULPHITE & PAPER MILL WORKERS SIGN LABOUR AGREEMENT Negotiations with the International Union of Pulp Sulphite and Paper Mill Workers were carried out on May 3rd and 4th, In addition to some local wage rate adjustments, the following was the main basis of settlement: 1. General Wage increase of 5%. 2. Increase in shift differential of 1¢ per hour for shift workers on 2nd and 3rd shifts. 3. Revision to the overtime policy for tour workers. 4. Agreement to pay the Company's share of the Plan for Hospital care to retired employees on pension. In addition to the abave, several clarif- ications of the Labour Agreement were worked out, Included among such items is an improved plan for distribution of pay cheques. As a result of these negotiations, the Union and the Company signed a renewal of the Agreement extending to April 30th, 1956, o-0-0
