The concession cn the part of the Contractor to allow the Recreation Office to be occupied prior to : ompletion of the the building, is in no way to be construed as meaning that the entire recreation centre is now in use, o-O-o LADIES CURLING CLUB MEETING On October 20th, an excellent attend-- ance was recorded at the semi-annual meeting of the Terrace Bay Ladies Curling. Mrs, 'Elsie Ostling, the president opened the meeting by welcoming the pro-. spective members. The minutes were read by M. Hale and the treasurer's report given by Mrs. E. Evans-Smith, The new club constitution was read and after a lengthy discussion was approved, The curling fees were set at $10.00 for the coming season. The teams and schedule were voted to be drawn up by the draw committee using the same method as .ast year, The meeting was then adjourned.
