RECIPE OF THE WEEK VEAL SCALOPPINE ON SPAGHETTI 2 pounds boned veal shoulder, sliced thin 1/3 cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/3 cup butter or margarine 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup niinced onion 1 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 No, 2 can tomatoes 1 teaspoon sugar 8 ounces spaghetti Have veal flattened for scal&pine,. Dredge veal in flour combined with salt and pepper, Melt butter or margarine in a skillet over low heat. Add veal; saute until lightly browned; remove veal, Add garlic and onion; cook until onion is tender.
