Dorothy Whyte travelled to Winnipeg, Manitoba to be with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Whyte. Pauline Dowling was the guest of her Mother Mrs. J. Dowling of Stayner, Ontario. Pat Honer visited with her parents, in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Vi Mattson went to Fort Francis, Ontario to be with her Mother, Helen Garrett has returned to Terrace Bay as Mrs. Pieter Van Stavern, having been married New Year's Eve at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. H. Garrett of Fort William. Faye Firlotte was a guest of the Hugh orephy's over the New Year's and weekend, visiting with her fiance, Don Whitley. Benny Hayes should return next week, naving suffered a broken arm in last Sunday's hockey game, and a patient now in the Port rthur General Hospital. Irene and Harry Goodfellow spend the New Year's weekend with Irene's parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. Ball of Kakabeka Falls and Harry's Mother Mrs. J. Goodfellow and sister, Mrs. J. Finlayson of Fort William. Jean Good- fellow also spend the preceding week in the Lakehead, Mr. and Mrs. Rune Ostling with Karen and Terry were guests of their friends, Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Rogers of Fort William over the weekend, Chuck Haviland returned from a few days spers, in the Lakehead on Tuesday. Bob Biesenthal was a weekend visitor at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. Biesenthal of Fort William. Miss Sharon MacAdam of Schreiber visited with Molly Harris during the Christmas holidays. Mr. and Mrs. J. Coe returned home to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on Wednesday. While in Terrace Bay for Christmas and New Years they have been guests of their wean Harry Coe and family. Al Ziegleman visited with his parents in Fort William during the past weekend, Mr. A. McCallum and daughter Catharine of Port Arthur visited with his daughter Betty Ollen-Bittle and family over New Year's and the weekend. Miss G.
