Carry any firearms without authority of a license, on your person, 2. Give false information regarding a lic- ense,. 3. Hold more than one license to hunt deer or moose in any one year. 4. Transfer a license from one person to another, 5. Hunt deer with a dog unless there are two or more licensed hunters per dog and the dog is licensed, 6, Act as a guide without a license, 7. For a non-resident to hunt moose with- out a licensed guide. 8. Have a Farmer's Deer License unless living upon and tilling the soil of his own farm. (License restricted to one per household). 9. Have a Camp Deer License unless there are four or more licensed hunters, November 19, 1953. 10. Possess firearms between a half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sun- rise unless it is unloaded and dismantled or encased, ll. Discharge a firearm on, from or across a public highway or roadway. 12. Discharge a firearm from a moving vehicle, aircraft or power boat. 13. Have a loaded firearm in a motor car, aircraft or other vehicle, 14. Use or be in possession of a shotgun which is capable of holding more than three shells at one time. 15.
