This will be the fourth Legion Bingo of the season end the plans are that it should be the brightest and best yet. All the usual features will be there plus a few new ones which we hope will increase the evenings fun. Qur snowball this time will be $20,00 go come along and try your chances for a really big prize. As a sideline to the Bingo there will also be operating a punchboard and we are offering as prizes for this two beautiful ornamental electric clocks plus a host of other useful and novelty gifts, The place is the Legion Hall and the time 8 o'clock on Saturday, October 14th. 0-0-0 HALLOWEEN MASQUERADE BALL On Friday, October 27th, the Mohawk Athletic Club of Terrace Bay will hold a Halloween Masquerade Ball. The dress for this event shall be Costume, Formal or Informal, People not in costume will be required to wear a mask, These will be presented at the door, The programme consists of many novelty dances including "Jive contest". There will also be a very nice door prize and many worthwhile Surprises for all. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume and for the most original costume. Joe Adgmo's Band will supply the music for the big event. Dancing will commence at 10:00 p.m. and end at 2:00 am. Admission $1.00 per person, Advance tickets may be obtained from the Dance Comittee, Tom Serneski, Doug Gow, Danny Rusneak, "alter Muck, Bill MacKenzie and Stan Shewehuk, or from the girls at the North and South Camp Snack Bars, also the barber shop, This is a fun packed programe, folks, so come out and join the funt ; Ments Club will be held on Tuesday evening, October 10th, in the Teon Town Hall commencing at 8:00 pm. SHARP. 411 Roman Catholic men of this Parish are urged to attend as well as the members of the Club. The Ladies Guild held thoir September meeting et the home of Mrs. J, Falzetta, during which final plans for the Monster Bazear to be held on Monday, October 9th, at 3:00 pem., were jroned out. BAZILARS Truly this year's Bazaar is headed for a huge success, All the pooths have been lined up and patrons will be pleasantly surprised at the wonderful assortment of items available, Just to mention one that will be exceedingly popular is the booth offering Children's Blouses. Mrs. Marcella, Gencral Convenor, has advised that these have just been reecived and will prove very satisfactory. Deadline for the Serving Booth will be Friday, so that anyone having items for this pooth is urged to get them in by that date, Anyone wishing to donate baking and/or candy should please contact Mrs. Ted McInnes #213 (Phone 98) for the Bake Table and Mrs. Harold Newell, #265 for the Candy Table, Don't forget then - Monday, October 9th, commencing at 3:00 p.m. in the new Romen Catholic Church.
