    This picture depicts a mill in Rannoch, just outside of St. Marys. The first road built in Blanshard by the Canada Company brought travelers from Mitchell through Fullarton Township to Rannoch and on into St. Marys. This trail became known as the Mitchell road.

    This photograph shows the old Ruthig's Mill when it was being torn down. The mill was located at 41 Church Street North, in the place of the current Old Mill Apartments next to the Church Street Bridge.

    This photo show the Great Star Flour Mill. It was built in 1907 following the sale of the building in 1904 by the Oddfellows. The building was previously used as an opera house and after the mill closed in the 80's it was renovated to its current usage of apartments.
