- Tinted postcard view showing the Thames River and area. The Water Street bridge can be seen crossing over the creek with people out in their boats and people walking across the bridge. The old boathouse that was once located on the Flats (Milt Dunnell Field) is seen to the left with the planing mill seen in the centre (now The Creamery restaurant). The North Ward churches (Presbyterian and Catholic) are visible as well.
