Charles Stockman Rumsey had been the manager of the Federal Bank in St. Marys (southwest corner of Wellington and Queen Streets - where Desjardin Credit Union is located now).
A stained-glass window at St. James Anglican Church was donated by his widow a year after his death. - Notes
- Condition: Good. Some dirt - but the image looks good.
