- Copy of the blueprints showing 404 Queen Street East's planned alterations. This view shows the East, West and South elevations. The drawings were prepared for E. W. White, owner of the house.
W. Fletcher Shepherd was originally from St. Marys and did some architectural work in this community. - Notes
- Paper is very good. Blueprints look as though they were worn and slightly damaged (this is a copy - done in black and white).
