- Description
- Photo of an older man with a long beard.
This man is identified as George McIntyre - the third Mayor of St. Marys - who owned a boot and shoe business in St. Marys and was even a private banker.
This photo was either taken just before McIntyre's death in 1885, or is a reproduction of an earlier photo as Gray Brothers were only business from 1883-1889. - Notes
- Condition: Okay. Image looks pretty good (yellowed and a little speckled and dirty) but matting is coming apart. Handle carefully.
- Inscriptions
- On back:
Gib. MacIntyre's father
