Would this be a wartime or post wartime parade? How old is Hammond Fuels?

Answer: The Hammond family reports that Hammond Fuel operated at this location on Queen Street from 1948 when Chum Hammond bought an existing fuel business until 1952 when the company moved to a new location. This information helps date the pair of photograph.
