I believe that this photo of my Great grand aunts may have been taken at a White family reunion in the 1930's.
I have a White family history printed in 1930 which indicates that all three sisters were living, an invitation to the "Thirteenth Annual Picnic of the White Family held at the home of Mrs. John Anderson, Anderson, on Monday July 2nd 1934 at 10 a.m.
Charles Atkinson, President
Mary Anderson, Secretary
R.R.#1, St. Marys
B.J. Hamilton, Treasurer"
That of course would have been to late for the picture to have been taken as Jemima and Sarah died in 1933.
The last reunion of which I am aware took place in 1967 (the forty seventh reunion)at the Anderson churchyard. It was obviously an Annual event since about 1921.
I am most pleased to have found these photos on your website.
