- Photo of the loft at the St. Marys Museum as it appeared around 1975. A wheelchair can be seen, mannequin heads wearing war gear, a quilt is directly in the foreground as well as many other objects.
This room is now used as the kids' discovery room, and is set up like a school room. It is the one room in the house where children and adults alike are encouraged to touch things. The room has been finished off better so it can be used in all seasons and the artifacts in this photo are now on display in other rooms or properly stored away. - Notes
