- Description
- Souvenir postcard of the St. Marys Town Hall. Around the oval picture is a maple leaf, a beaver and a British flag. The front of this postcard has been written on rather than the back.
It is hard to tell if the St. Marys Public Library is in behind the town hall - it almost appears to not be which may date this postcard photo to before 1904. - Notes
- The St. Marys Town Hall was built in 1891 after the previous town hall located on this site burned down (2 years earlier). It was made in a fashion to make the town proud - as the previous town halls had been simple wooden structures.
