- Description
- This is an image of the Medway Creek which is believed to be part of the Medway Creek watershed that flows through Arva. A horse-drawn buggy can be seen crossing the bridge that spans the creek. Beyond the bridge, in the background of this image, the mill-dam can be seen. What is now the Arva Flour Mill can be seen on the right side of the bridge.
This photo belongs to the Reesor Collection, which is a group of photos taken by Milton W. Reesor, a local amateur photographer. He took many photos of friends, family, animals, outdoor activities, machinery, the railway, and more in and around St. Marys from 1898-1910. - Inscriptions
