This photograph shows Michael Meighen giving a speech during the unveiling ceremony of the Arthur Meighen Statue. In the photo there are two identified individuals: on the far right: Mayor Gerry Teahen and to his right, Harry Brightwell.

Condition: a small tear in each top corner, otherwise good condition.
