- Description
- This is a photograph of the southeast corner of Water and Jones Streets. A car is parked next to the closest building. The three buildings on the corner were the location of the Boat House Hotel and later, in the 1950s, the Forsyth Shirt Factory. The buildings have since been torn down. In their place now is The Source and a parking lot (August 2018). This photograph has been dated March 12, 1952, but this date seems unlikely because the car visible in the photo is from the 1930s.
