- Description
- This photo shows a view of the millrace from the "Royal Edward" grounds. The miller's house, now the Castle Garden, is on the left. The Royal Edward Hotel was established in 1906 and owned what is now known as Island Park. The lawn was used by patrons of the Royal Edward Hotel for events such as parties and picnics, or just to relax in the shade.
