- This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. This is an image of Queen Street facing west, focused on the north side of the street. There is a parade taking place, heading west down Queen street, crossing over the Victoria Bridge. There is a marching band that can be seen in the foreground of the photo. There are people, vehicles and horse drawn carriages on the road. Notice the "Welcome" banner hung above Queen Street. There are large crowds of people on both sides of the sidewalk. The parade extends across the Victoria Bridge.

- Condition: Good- the bottom left, right and top right corners are worn. Along the top above the inscription the postcard has begun to yellow.
