Description
This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. A photo of the Post Office when its location was on Water Street. The former post office has a pattern of rounded as well as rectangular window openings, with darker sandstone trim above the main doors. A man standing on the steps of the post office can be seen along with three horse drawn carriages.
The photo on the postcard is likely from the late 19th century.
Notes
Condition: Excellent- edges and corners of postcard are slightly worn and there is a small mark towards the upper left side of the image.
