- A photo showing the area once known as Skelly's Hill in 1902. John Skelly owned a tavern and inn at the top of Water Street on the outskirts of St. Marys. This photo gives a view looking northeast towards town from the hill. The inn was demolished in 1938 and the brick salvaged from the building to be used in the addition of the old St. Marys Collegiate.
The church steeples in St. Marys can be seen far in the distance, as well as the top of Town Hall near the centre of the photo. This photo was taken by local photography enthusiast Milton Reesor. - Notes
- Condition: Good - The image is clear. Slight discolouration of photo. Photo is worn along bottom right corner. Album matte in fair condition, severe staining and wear around edges.
