- Description
- The photo shows the front side of the new high school building soon after it had been built. St. Marys District Collegiate and Vocational Institute (DCVI) as it is known today was built as the town's population expanded and the demand for education grew. It replaced a series of earlier schools which had been outgrown but continued in the tradition of being a central part of the community.
