The service station is Don Johnson's B/A. Across Isabella St. to the East is McGirr's Store, South across Ottawa Ave. (South River's main street), is Chequer's Restaurant and again across Isabella to the West is Maeck's. The photo was taken faceing East on Ottawa Ave. toward the C.N.R. crossing.
