- This is a colour photograph of a side of the grist mill that was located on lot 3, concession 3, down the old mill road, circa 1990. In the stone foundation of the mill, in the middle of the photo, is the archway where water entered the mill to operate the machinery. Above the stone foundation is the wood planking that makes up the exterior of the building. A few trees are growing to the side of the stream that is flowing towards the mill's archway. A group of rocks are to the left of the stream.
- Notes
- The mill was built in the late 19th century by a Mr.Downey. It was first operated by Abraham Owen Oberholtzer in 1908.
