Description
Black and white photograph of a picture of the Old Boarding House. The building is wooden with a tin roof. It's a two story building with an attic. There are some bushes in front of the building.
Notes
The Old Boarding House was located in South River Ontario at the corner of Ottawa and Broadway. It was built by the Holditch family as a private home, post office and a small store. When the railroad came through the area it became the Temperance Hotel. After this it became known as the Old Boarding House. The building was demolished in 1954.
