- This document describes an interview with Mr. Edgar Schultze of Petawawa who worked for the Zadow Brothers of Pembroke, a lumber company cutting wood for the Gordon Lumber Company. Mr Schultze describes how the lumber was cut, stacked, and hauled; he also worked as a cook and describes the daily routines at the camp and payment the men received for their labours.
