- Notes
- Miriam Maria Morphy (nee Pellatt) was born 7 Dec 1856 in Kingston, the daughter of Henry Pellatt and Emma Mary Holland and the sister of Sir Henry Pellatt. She married H. E. Morphy (a young lawyer) in 1880. They had three children: Emily-Irene, Miriam and John Aubrey. She passed away in 16 Nov 1927, pre-deceasing her husband by 16 years.
