The woman second from the right in summer uniform is Mrs. Holmes. She was the leader of the first Oshawa Girl Guide company and probably the CO of the camp. I recognize a number of the persons in the picture but unfortunately cannot remember their names. I camped at Tate's Point, just north of Bobcaygeon, with Mrs. Holmes as the CO many times.

The lady in the front row wearing the hat is Mrs. Holmes. She was the CO of the camp amd the captain of the First Oshawa Girl Guides. I believe the lady on the left of the front row is Barbara Fox who later was a Commisioner. I was at the 1950 camp and the staff was mostly the same people. I can't remember the names of the others because we usually referred to them by nicknames that described their jobs like Cookie (the Cook), nurse etc.
