- Notes
- Located on the north west corner of Simcoe and Adelaide Streets, this house was built between 1915 and 1917. The residence of W. H. Gibbs, Prospect Park was torn down to make way for it. This was the residence of Robert Samuel McLaughlin from 1917 to 1972. In 1989, Parkwood was officially designated a National Historic Site.
