Description: It was a one-in-a-million shot - Dave Duncan says you can write this one off to "blind luck." The legally blind Oshawa resident won a car after he fired a puck from the far blue line (140 feet) through a hole only fractionally larger than the puck itself. Dave is visually impaired & only has 50% vision. It was an amazing shot! Dave said, "When I heard the crowd yell, that's when I knew I had won!"
